What to Do During Delivery

Please check your package in front of the delivery person. Make sure the product is correct, sealed, and not damaged.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or unsealed product, inform the delivery person right away and contact us immediately.

After Delivery

Once the product is accepted and the delivery person leaves, return or replacement may not be possible unless the product is proven defective.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Discounted or clearance items

If a product is defective from the start, we will review the case and assist you.

If You Ordered the Wrong Item

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging is required
  • Return delivery cost must be paid by the customer
